The Scottish Terrier Puppies are also referred to as the Aberdeen Terrier. They are very popular because of their being a typical terrier, black color and unique profile. The Scottish Terrier Puppies originated in Scotland together with the:

- Skye;

- Cairn;

They are known because they can be feistier than the other breeds of terrier. Also they are alert and quick just like other terriers. They are also known to be:

- independent;

- self-assured;

- playful;

- intelligent; and

- they were nicknamed “Diehard” because they are very determined and rugged.

The Scottish Terrier Puppies must be taught or disciplined while they are puppies because they can also be stubborn at times. If they are not well-trained they are hard to pacify when they are already older. They are also loving but they can be very picky with whom they want to be with. The Scottish Terrier Puppies can only stick to its owner and one or two other people in the house. Others will say that they are violent but still sensitive.

If there are new dogs in the house, the Scottish Terrier Puppies may not like it at all, But if they are already with other dogs when they are young they will not have any problem with it. The Scottish Terrier Puppies only barks when needed but not all the time this is the case. The Scottish Terrier Puppies can also dig since they were originally trained to hunt badgers. They also hunt squirrels, mice, and rats.
